Ebotse Golf and Country Estate is Benoni’s premier property development, surrounding the idyllic 40-hectare Rynfield Dam. The Estate strives to provide its residents with a uniquely secure and environmentally-friendly living experience.
The Home Owners Association (HOA) was formed during the initial development phase of the Estate with a clear purpose to ensure that safety and security is maintained and the environment is preserved. In addition, the HOA ensures that good governance and sound business practices are maintained at all times.
The HOA consistently and successfully maintains the above purposes by administering and overseeing certain guidelines and in-house rules and regulations which govern the Estate. An approachable, knowledgeable and capable Estate Manager, assisted by the Board of Trustees, makes sure the Estate remains a unique lifestyle choice where you and your family’s safety, lifestyle and investment are protected and enhanced.
